Can I have a refund or exchange?

My handmade gifts are personalised and cannot be resold, so I do not accept returns. I always make sure you are happy with the finished product before shipment. If your product arrives damaged then please contact me with photographic evidence. Thanks for your understanding. 

Oh no! I have made a mistake can I change it?

Mistakes can happen and I will try my best to amend your order, however, depending on the progress of your order I may not be able to make any changes.

 

I want something in particular but cannot find anything similar on your website?

At Louchee I love to be creative with new ideas ,therefore just send me an email with your ideas and I will ensure I can accommodate your needs.

I can collect my product so do not want to pay for delivery.

Collecting your order is not a problem.  Whilst in your basket select the collection option which will remove the delivery charge before you make payment.  please contact me via email to arrange a time and day for collection.  

I have placed an order when will I receive it?

As all of my items are handmade to order,  preparation time will vary depending on how many bespoke orders that I have at any given time. However I do endeavor to ship all items within two weeks of receiving payment.  All parcels shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery which offers a fully tracked and traced service.

How will you personalise my order?

Most of my products are made to order to ensure they mean something to you or it’s beholder. All you need to do, is send me an email and I will communicate with you until you are happy with your design.
